By using AllinbetAI (the “Service”) you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

What the Service does

AllinbetAI is an AI companion for sports bettors. It helps you reason about market prices, probabilities, news context, and emotional patterns around your bets. The assistant’s output is generated by third-party large language models and combined with live data from sportsbook and news providers; it may be incorrect, incomplete, or out of date. Always verify odds, lineups, and rules on the operator’s sportsbook before placing a bet. AllinbetAI does not place bets on your behalf, does not hold funds, and is not a sportsbook.

Eligibility & responsible play

You must be at least the legal age of betting in your jurisdiction (18+ in most countries) to use AllinbetAI. The Service is intended for entertainment and informational purposes only. Sports betting carries financial risk. Bet only what you can afford to lose. No advice, no guarantees

Nothing on AllinbetAI is financial, legal, or professional advice. Statements about probabilities, “value”, or matchups are analytical estimates produced by language models, not guarantees of outcome. You are solely responsible for any decisions you make.

Acceptable use

• Don’t use the Service in a jurisdiction where sports betting is illegal.
• Don’t use the Service to break any law.
• Don’t attempt to extract, scrape, or reverse-engineer the Service or the underlying models.
• Don’t submit content you don’t have the right to share.
• Don’t abuse the rate limits or attempt to overwhelm the Service.

No warranties

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, or non-infringement. Recommendations are suggestions, not professional advice.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, AllinbetAI and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenues, or wagered funds, arising out of your use of the Service. Our total aggregate liability shall not exceed twenty US dollars (US$20).

Third-party services

The Service relies on third-party providers for large language model inference, live sportsbook odds, and web search. We are not responsible for the availability, content, or terms of those services, nor for any specific sportsbook operator.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate access at any time, with or without notice, if we believe you are violating these Terms.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules. You agree to the personal jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Delaware for any dispute that is not subject to arbitration.

Changes

We may update these Terms; the “Last updated” date at the top will change. Continued use after a change constitutes acceptance.
